The Certificate of Good Conduct can be obtained at The Embassy of Malaysia in Dublin. The application has to be done online and takes approximately 30-90 days to complete. Please use the link below to proceed with the application:

After you have received a confirmation that your Certificate of Good Conduct is ready for collection, please make an appointment with the Embassy to collect your Certificate of Good Conduct or send it by post all the required documents together with a self-addressed envelope and 5 euro cash or postal order to the Embassy of Malaysia at the following address:

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

1. Passport, Malaysian Identification Card (IC) and GNIB/ IRP card
2. Collection slip
